Supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail parks and shopping centres have large roofs and large outdoor car parks. Car parks over 1,500 m² fall under the French APER law.

Who decides?

Owner-operator, property holding company (SCI), group property company or franchisee: the first step is to identify who decides on the roof and the car park.

Who decides?

Owner-occupier, logistics property company or tenant. A tenant generally does not decide on the roof: we separate these cases from the start.
