What is free, what is not
Our services — diagnosis, partner selection, structuring — are free for you: we are paid by the selected partner, only if the project completes. Equipment, works, engineering services and operation are invoiced by the partners, depending on the structure you choose: purchase of the installation, or purchase of the electricity produced under a third-party-financed PPA. We help you compare their offers.

APER law: where do you stand?
Outdoor car parks over 10,000 m²: the 1 July 2026 deadline has passed. Car parks of 1,500 to 10,000 m²: deadline 1 July 2028, with 12 to 24 months between decision and commissioning. Annual penalties of up to €20,000 (1,500 to 10,000 m²) or €40,000 (over 10,000 m²), after formal notice.
